First
I give him the base color or peach all over his skin. I know it looks kinda harsh but I'm not going into detail yet.
Now I shade the skin in a little, most of the light is coming from the top-left hand corner. So most of the shadow will be on the right side of him.
Now I color in his (slutty) bellyshirt with yellow-green. Still shading to the right.
Now I'm coloring in his jeans blue. Still shading to the right.
