Tony's hair is not actually blonde, it's dyed so the roots are brown and I'll show you how to do that right now.
First take the color goldenyellow and color the top half of his hair. Leave the bottom half white for right now.
Now take the color Hazel and color in the bottom half of his hair AND LEAVE THE MIDDLE BLANK! Do NOT mess with the middle part right now.
Okay, now take the color tan and fill in the middle part to create a graniet from brown to blonde. I took my regular yellow and gave the top more of a blonde look to it.
